San jose Bicycles

San Jose Bicycles is a local bike shop here in “San Jose” near Tully road, this place gives you the spirit to wanna ride bikes, you can  upgrade or fix your bike for reasonable prices. me and my friends called this place “SJ Bikes” for short and would always meet here and get ready to ride.

San Jose bicycles had a humble beginning. When they were first in business by the owner, Auron explains how about 10+ years ago he was selling used bikes out of his garage until one day he finally set up a shop to sell his bikes.

Esteban: Do you remember any struggles you’ve faced with the business

Auron: Actually it was that we were  too busy (laughs…)

Lots of time and learning was involved so eventually Auron knew he had to upgrade because his clientele was increasing,

Esteban: Talking about Clientele I asked “is your clientele mostly young people or older people?

Auron: Mostly all kind of ages

Not only that, they do same-day repairs and have you in-n out. They don’t lack customer service because make sure you get what you came for.

The community of bike riders know about this wonderful bike shop, people and friends choose to come here because of the service they bring. There were also times where I’d be short or one of my friends would not have all the money and the shop generously let us go with a discount.

I have so many memories at this bike shop. one day in particular my friend had just bought a new bike and he was so excited to ride it and have fun, unfortunately his chain got ate by his rim and a bunch of other parts because of a “tune” they did on his bike, they took it in for a while and they fixed it for free showing what kind of bike shop and people they are.

I love riding bikes and I’ve been riding bikes since I was about a preschooler so I have a lot of experience with them. I personally think that now in these days it’s difficult to find a bike shop that doesn’t try to drain you for your money and not trying to at least figure out your problem because it’s to “hard” or complicated, SJ bikes will go as far as taking your bike in to diagnostic for free and tell you what wrong, go to another store and they might just tell you to buy a replacement or that they can’t fix your problem.

What other bike shops do you know of that are as generous as San Jose bikes and I say this because it’s true and I’ve personally had to experience bad Customer service at other shops and comparing SJ bikes to other shops they don’t compare, it’s a wild statement I know. I'm sure you can find another store but nothing like SJ bikes.
