Evergreen Inn & Pub, a local Bay Area family restaurant known for its amazing breakfast and anything with a Mexican flare is just the right amount of spicy and delicious.
This beloved restaurant has become a go-to spot for families seeking a delightful breakfast experience. From the moment you step inside, the warm and inviting ambiance sets the stage for a memorable dining experience.
Evergreen Inn & Pub has been open for over 20 years now and the community there loves the little restaurant. When you walk in you don't feel like just a customer you feel like family.
I interviewed the manager Albert of Evergreen inn about the amazing restaurant that is the Evergreen inn and the community this is what he said.
Albert: We are willing to open the space up to the community for any events and want to provide a safe community where people can just come in and dine and have a good time.

Having a small business comes with trying to manage costs for employees, food , and to maintain the business. It is hard to find ways to manage a business to ensure profitability as sometimes money goes out and money does not come in fast enough to grow the business.
Albert: We have to cut down on some items that never sold because that is a loss of money that we would spend and not make profit on so now we are really strict on what we need and what we want.’

The hardest part of managing a business is the feedback from dissatisfied customers. at evergreen inn if you don't like the dish you ordered you have 3 options you can order something else , get a refund or get a free meal the next time you come in.
Evergreen inn loves to treat their customers like family so when a customer finds something they don't like about their meal evergreen inn wil find a middle ground and to talk to the customer about how they can make it better the next time the customer walks in the door.
Albert: We want to make sure the customer is satisfied never be left out always meet their needs. But as far as our bad complaints go, we always try to find a middle ground and make sure the customer always comes first.
Throughout the years Evergreen inn has maintained their high reputation with the customers , community , and valued staff i myself felt like a family member when i walked in the door when the host said hi , when our server said what can i get for you and when i asked customers about evergreen inn a couple that have been long time customers at evergreen inn said “the employees that have been here for years their almost like family’’.
