At 2023 Dylan Nguyen was a sophomore year, and wanted to join a sport game because of all his friends, the game he was practicing was basketball, he keeps on joining basketball too much, and even don’t know why:
Dylan: I joined the basketball team because my friends wanted me to join, and it was a really nice experience, it was enjoyable, and I’m really thankful for my friends pushing me to join.
His team likes basketball, and will always want to play basketball, and help the team so that they can win the Basketball game.
Dylan and his team have been practicing so hard, and trying their best to beat the other team before the basketball game. He dedicates time throughout the year to play:
Dylan: We practiced a lot of weeks, I mean we can’t really count like all the weeks cause it's hard to remember, it’s been a year, I say we just practice the entire season, the winter season.
That might have taken like 4 months for his team to practice after winter had ended, and could have had enough months to practice basketball to challenge the rivals.
After Dylan, and his team were done practicing, I was hoping that if Dylan and his team was ready for the game, and could win the game:
Dylan: I’m mean our teams were all like obviously, I would like to say that our teams were not ready cause everytime we played it's pretty much it always ends up with the first half, or down by a lot of points, so obviously we were not ready for the first half, or the second half, and it's when in the lock rooms something change, and we go back on that court, and start scoring points, bring up the points, bring up the tally, get a close game, and maybe win the game.
They were ready to challenge the other team, which is the rivals from another High School. They were from Andrew Hill, while I was watching my brother playing basketball to support him, his team was really destroying Andrew Hill, and my dad was proud that Dylan won.
In 2024, Dylan joined basketball again, what reason makes him keep joining the basketball team, and why does he keep joining basketball so much, it's maybe his friends or if it’s his passion to play basketball.
Dylan: Because I get to play with my friends so much, we get to travel, and go see different schools, play against the teams, play with my teammates, have a good time have the most of a time, it's really fun, it's not like times that I would have like a bad day something like that, it's just play basketball, and that's it.
And what I would think is why he likes basketball is because his friends wanted to join, and so he wanted to join too, and it's fun hanging out with them, which means he joins basketball with his friends, and loves playing basketball.
And for some reason that Dylan keeps on joining basketball so much, and did not know what year he has started, and was like 1 year ago, and that’s the time his friends told him to play basketball.
Dylan: My first year, playing the basketball team was my sophomore year in basketball, I joined because I was heavenly encourage by my friends to join, and they wanted to play with me, but the reason why I joined sophomore year, I didn’t joined freshman year, is because in freshman year I felt like I wasn’t good enough to join the team so I didn’t bother trying out, cause I pulled to a one open gym that one time, and I was really nervous, I had sweaty palms, I couldn’t catch a ball for crap sake so that's why I joined sophomore year.
He has 11 of his friends on the basketball team, he, and his friends like basketball so much, because they are a little bit fun, but it might be worth it, if he gives it a try, and could win the game, and could make my dad really happy.
Before the game, he, and his team have gone to a lot high schools to challenge the other team, they have tried to win each games to other high schools, and even try their best of doing their efforts of winning, but the only way they can win is by just challenging the rivals:
Dylan: We felt really good winning the basketball game, it was always nice cause normally we don’t win a lot of games sadly, for YB we’re known to be… we’re not by refs, the refs usually favor the other team more, it's just YB’s reputation, it’s just we’re not good, the rest don’t like us, but we don’t win a lot of games, but dude, when we win a basketball game, they would #### ### (make an attitude) with the other team so much, and it would make us so happy.
