Getting up early, feeling the breeze, and feeling the sun rise after each hike, I look at the sunset and just pat myself on the back asking myself “Do I deserve to see the sunset today? What did I learn or accomplish today?”
When I'm at home or at school I find it really hard to concentrate or feel at peace at all because it's just struggles everywhere I go, it all feels so negative, and discouraging but when I'm out in nature, I feel more at peace and tranquility. I get to answer questions and reflect on myself on what I can do to improve.
Places that I like to visit to keep me cool are the scenery at communication hills, Mission Peak, and Yosemite Falls.
At communication hills the apartments really fit the overall aesthetic and background of the place and they really fit with the environment along with the painting of the apartments occasionally changing between seasons.
However, Mission Peak is all about the beautiful nature and species as you hike up the summit though the journey is very exhausting and stressful. It is best to hike up in the morning so you can see the scenery.
Yosemite falls on the other hand is a much more scenic hike than Mission Peak with the waterfalls and rivers and scenic shortcuts that are available to the public. I recommend hiking in the afternoon because the sunset is beautiful on top of the falls.
Whenever I step outside I feel relieved and relaxed taking in the sunlight and fresh air just provides me with the break I need.
I suggest going outside to relax and keep out any negative thoughts and emotions out of your mind.
